Prepare a PDF to send: the checklist
PDFs and images without the hassle. Choose your files, adjust if needed and download the result. Free, no account, on phone, tablet and computer.
Images to PDF
Turn receipt photos, screenshots or photographed pages into a PDF that is easy to share. JPG, PNG, WebP and HEIC are supported. Each image becomes one page, so arranging the photos first helps keep the document understandable.
Select your images, check the previews and put them in the intended order. Adjust the available page options and create the PDF. Start with readable, well-framed photos: converting a blurred photo cannot recover details that were never captured.
Organize PDF
Fix an upside-down scan, remove an unwanted page or arrange a document in the correct sequence. Page previews help you identify what to change. Work on a new copy without an account or a desktop installation.
Move pages using the available controls, remove unnecessary pages and rotate those facing the wrong way. Review the sequence before creating the result. If you only need a specific range, Extract PDF pages may be the more direct choice.
Merge PDF
Combine a CV and attachments, invoices or course chapters into one PDF. A single document is easier to send and read than a collection of separate files. Choose the order yourself and get the result without creating an account.
Select at least two PDFs and use the move controls to arrange the documents. Check the previews before creating your file. To include a photo, first convert it with Images to PDF, then add that PDF to your merge. Keep the original files for later changes.
Compress PDF
A large scanned PDF may exceed an email or upload limit. This compressor renders pages as images and adjusts resolution and quality. It is best suited to scans where readable appearance matters more than selectable text or interactive fields.
Start with a moderate quality setting, create the result and compare its size. Zoom in on small text before sending it. An already compact PDF can become larger after rendering. Save the original so you can restore higher quality if needed.
Sign PDF
Add a visible signature to a form or document copy without printing and scanning. Draw with your finger on a phone or with a mouse on a computer. You can also type your name or select an image of your signature.
Open the PDF, choose a page, create the signature and adjust its size and position. Check that it does not cover nearby text before downloading. Keep the original separately: changing a PDF that already has a digital signature invalidates that existing signature.
Check before sharing
PDF outputs keep visible pages and text. Links, interactive forms, annotations and digital signatures are not preserved.
Visual signature only, without a certificate or identity verification. Editing invalidates any existing digital signature.
